Please check your vehicle for any damage or discrepancies at the time of collection and raise it at that point.
Once a vehicle or item has left our site, we assume it is accepted and we are not able to discuss damage or discrepancies. This is within the guidelines of our terms and conditions, which are accepted by members when you register with us.
If you have an issue with a vehicle, please let us know so we can investigate the problem. If you choose to refuse a vehicle, you will need a valid reason such as:
- Additional, undisclosed damage
- Missing parts
- Wrong model, year, or fuel type
